Entry Requirements: Chosen languages at GCSE Grade 4 or above.

What is it?: This is a fun and creative project-based enrichment course which is available in French, German and Spanish. The course will take one year to complete in Year 12 and the idea is to take students on an entrepreneurial journey from initial business concepts to 'clinching' the deal. Students will develop skills in Business, Marketing and Sales and touch on the theory of Business as well.

The qualification is part course work/part assessment based and includes elements taken from Dragon's Den and The Apprentice; such as explaining business ideas, presentation skills and marketing! Throughout the course, students will have access to a selection of resources to guide them through the entire process and will be supported by a series of online quizzes and practice activities.

By taking this course, students will be given a taste of using languages in a realistic work-based setting and grasp a greater understanding and confidence in business and language communication skills in real situations.

Upon completion, you will receive 16 UCAS points and a certificate of accreditation in Languages for Business.

You can develop using your linguistic skills in fields within the Business Industry's in today's workplace.
