About the Course

Core Maths helps you build on what you learned at GCSE and shows you how maths is used in real life. You’ll explore topics like data analysis, statistics, finance, and problem-solving, all linked to everyday situations. This course is studied in addition to 3 subjects and can not be taken with other Maths options.

Future Prospects

The course is designed to support subjects such as Science, Business, Psychology and Geography by strengthening your maths skills. It’s especially useful for preparing for university, apprenticeships, or careers where a confident analysis of numerical information is important.
