About the Course

This course allows you to draw on your existing experience of the media and develop your abilities to respond critically to a variety of media texts. You will also work on the creative development of your own production skills based on your theoretical learning. The areas covered are: media language, representations, media industries and media audiences.

Future Prospects

This course can lead to career or higher education opportunities in publishing, journalism, film and television, marketing, events management and digital media.
